Because we manufacture premium apparel featuring highly specialized, custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing and high-density embroidery, our fulfillment and return policies are strictly enforced. Please read the following terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding purchases.

1. Strict 24-Hour Damage & Defect Reporting Window

We implement a rigorous quality control check on every customized and premium item before it leaves our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing error (e.g., incorrect sizing from what was ordered, or a completely incorrect design placement), you must report the issue within a strict time limit:

  • Reporting Deadline: Any manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or product mismatch must be reported to our support team via email at support@dripriot.store within exactly 24 hours of delivery as logged by our carrier tracking network.

  • Mandatory Documentation: Your email must include your formal Order Number, a clear description of the issue, and unedited, high-resolution photographic or video evidence documenting the defect and the original packaging.

  • Forfeiture: Failure to report structural defects or printing/embroidery errors within this 24-hour delivery window constitutes an absolute waiver of your claim. DRIPRIOT will not be held liable, and no remedy will be provided thereafter.

2. No-Refund Policy & Replacement-Only Remedy

DRIPRIOT operates under a strict No-Refund Policy on all customized, DTF-printed, and embroidered products due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of the production process.

  • Replacement-Only Policy: For valid claims successfully reported within the 24-hour window and verified by our production team, the sole and exclusive remedy available is a product replacement. DRIPRIOT will reprint or re-embroider the exact item originally ordered and ship it to you at no additional cost.

  • No Substitutions: Replacements will be issued strictly for the exact same size, color, and design configuration originally ordered. You cannot swap a defective custom item for a different design or garment type.

3. Exceptional Cases for Monetary Refunds

Monetary refunds are highly restricted and are only granted under exceptional, non-production circumstances, limited exclusively to the following:

  • Double Payments / Technical Errors: If a payment gateway technical glitch causes a duplicate charge or an overpayment for a single order identifier.

  • Irremediable Stock Outages: In the rare event that a premium base garment or specific thread/ink color becomes permanently unavailable after payment, and a mutually agreeable alternative cannot be sourced.

4. Refund Processing Timeline & Original Mode of Payment

In the rare event that an exceptional monetary refund is approved by our management team in writing:

  • Processing Framework: Please allow up to 15 business days for our financial department to process, verify, and clear the transaction through our third-party banking networks and integrated payment gateways.

  • Original Mode of Payment: All approved refunds will be issued strictly back to the original mode of payment used during the initial checkout sequence. Under no circumstances will DRIPRIOT issue refunds via alternative payment methods, secondary credit cards, or cash transfers.

  • Banking Delays: Once DRIPRIOT releases the funds, the actual reflection of the amount in your statement is subject to your specific banking institution’s processing times, over which we exercise no control.

5. Shipping & Logistics Disclaimer

  • Logistics Networks: All orders are handed over to and dispatched via trusted external third-party logistics aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, iThinkLogistics).

  • Carrier Delays: While we track shipments closely, DRIPRIOT cannot be held legally or financially liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs clearances, adverse weather events, or regional courier backlogs.

  • Address Accuracy: It is your sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address, contact name, and phone number provided at checkout are completely error-free. DRIPRIOT will not issue replacements or refunds for packages lost, misrouted, or returned to sender due to inaccurate or incomplete customer inputs.
