This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms, timelines, and procedures governing the shipment of all premium ready-to-wear garments, custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) prints, and premium embroidered apparel purchased through DRIPRIOT.

1. Custom Production & Processing Timelines

Unlike standard fast-fashion brands, DRIPRIOT emphasizes premium craftsmanship, which includes specialized high-density embroidery and custom DTF printing.

  • Standard Items: Orders for non-customized, in-stock products are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because customized items require digitized embroidery setup, high-density stitching, or specialized film curation, custom apparel requires a standard processing window of 5 to 7 business days prior to dispatch.

  • Sequential Fulfillment: If your order contains both standard and custom items, the entire order will be consolidated and shipped together once the custom components are ready, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Shipping Rates & Carrier Networks

We partner with premier third-party logistics aggregators and domestic fulfillment networks (including, but not limited to, Shiprocket and iThinkLogistics) to ensure secure delivery.

  • Rate Calculation: Shipping charges are computed dynamically at checkout based on package weight, volume, and the final delivery destination.

  • Tracking Numbers: Upon handover of your package to our logistics partners, an automated shipping confirmation containing a tracking URL and reference identifier will be dispatched to you via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier network to update the live tracking status.

3. Domestic & International Delivery Estimates

Estimated shipping transit times commence after the custom production/processing window is completed:

  • Metro & Major Cities: 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.

  • Rest of the Region / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

  • Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days post-dispatch.

Force Majeure Disclaimer: The delivery timelines listed above are good-faith operational estimates provided by our carriers. DRIPRIOT cannot be held legally or financially liable for shipping delays caused by carrier service disruptions, adverse weather conditions, customs clearances, national holidays, or sudden regional logistics backlogs.

4. Inaccurate Shipping Details & Failed Deliveries

The accuracy of delivery data is paramount to successful order fulfillment.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address, pin code, recipient name, and contact number provided at checkout are completely error-free. DRIPRIOT will not issue replacements or refunds for packages lost, misrouted, or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete data submitted by the customer.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our logistics partners typically attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If a package is rejected by the recipient, or cannot be delivered due to non-availability or an uncontactable phone number, the package will automatically be marked as Return to Sender (RTO).

  • RTO Reshipping Fees: In the event of an RTO caused by customer unavailability or wrong information, the customer will be required to clear secondary shipping fees before DRIPRIOT re-dispatches the package.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Transit Damage: If a package arrives with visibly compromised, torn, or tampered external packaging, we advise you to take digital photographs before opening it.

  • Missing Items: Any claim regarding missing items or items structurally damaged during transit must be formally reported to support@dripriot.store within our strict 24-hour reporting window from the moment of delivery confirmation, accompanied by unedited opening video/photo proof.
