Welcome to DRIPRIOT. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of any premium apparel, custom apparel, Direct-to-Film (DTF) print, or embroidered products from our online store. By accessing our site, uploading designs, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound legally by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Eligibility and Security

  • Age Requirement: By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout or account creation.

  • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details, passwords, and all activities that occur under your account.

2. Custom Designs & Customer-Uploaded Content (Bullet-Proof Protection)

Because DRIPRIOT offers custom garment customization through premium embroidery and DTF printing, the following rules apply strictly to all user-uploaded text, graphics, images, or designs:

  • Intellectual Property Warranty: By uploading any design, logo, text, or artwork, you warrant and represent that you own the intellectual property rights to that content, or have explicit, legal, written license/permission from the copyright or trademark owner to reproduce it.

  • Indemnification Clause: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DRIPRIOT, its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to any allegations of trademark infringement, copyright violation, or right of publicity claims stemming from artwork or designs provided by you.

  • Right of Refusal: DRIPRIOT reserves the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any custom order that contains content we deem, in our sole discretion, to be infringing, illegal, libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane, or otherwise inappropriate.

  • Production Rights: By submitting a design, you grant DRIPRIOT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, modify (solely for sizing/formatting), and reproduce your design for the sole purpose of manufacturing and fulfilling your specific order.

3. Production Tolerances: DTF Printing & Premium Embroidery

Garment customization is an industrial art process. By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the following industry-standard production variations:

  • Color Accuracy: Due to variations in computer/mobile monitor displays and the nature of DTF (Direct-to-Film) ink curation on various fabric blends, DRIPRIOT does not guarantee 100% exact color matching. Minor variations between digital mockups and final physical prints are normal and do not constitute a defect.

  • Embroidery Placement & Texture: Premium embroidery involves high-density thread stitching on flexible fabric. Minor stitch variations, registration differences, or subtle pulling of the garment around high-density embroidery areas are inherent to the medium and are accepted as commercially acceptable quality.

  • Sizing Charts: Sizing charts are provided for each garment type. You are responsible for reviewing sizing measurements before finalizing an order. Custom pieces produced in the correct size ordered cannot be returned or exchanged for fitment issues.

4. Specific Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Stock Items: Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within our designated returns window, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL for custom-designed, DTF printed, or embroidered products. Because these garments are manufactured specifically to your personalized specifications, they cannot be resold. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced.

  • Defective or Misprinted Orders: If we make a clear manufacturing error (e.g., we print the completely wrong design or use the wrong size base garment than what was ordered), you must notify us at support@dripriot.store within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Verified errors on our part will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

5. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Carrier Logistics

  • Fulfillment Networks: Our logistics operations are handled through trusted third-party delivery networks (such as Shiprocket, iThinkLogistics, or similar regional providers).

  • Delivery Timelines: Any delivery dates provided at checkout are strictly estimates and are subject to operational delays from logistics carriers, custom production lead times, and peak seasons.

  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. DRIPRIOT is not legally liable for tracking inaccuracies, wrong delivery addresses submitted by the customer, or failed/refused delivery attempts by the courier.

6. Payments, Security, and Fraud Prevention

  • Secure Gateways: Payments are securely processed through integrated third-party payment gateways. DRIPRIOT does not view, capture, or store your complete credit/debit card details.

  • Authorized Transactions: You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment methods at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

  • Anti-Fraud Protocols: We reserve the right to flag, hold, or cancel any transactions that exhibit signs of fraud, chargeback risk, unauthorized payment methods, or suspicious automated bot activity.

7. Intellectual Property Rights (Our Brand)

All content included on this website—including but not limited to graphics, original brand apparel designs, embroidery design files created by us, website design layout, UI elements, text, digital images, and software code—is the exclusive property of DRIPRIOT or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or reverse-engineering of our proprietary assets is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

DRIPRIOT, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, service disruptions, or any products purchased through our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or personal commercial damages, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the local laws governing our primary business headquarters.

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates directly to our website. It is your sole responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of modifications indicates your formal acceptance of those changes.
