• If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong size (sent by us), or incorrect product due to our error, we will provide a free replacement or return at no extra cost.
• If the return is not due to our mistake (such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or any customer-related reason), a ₹200 return shipping charge will apply. The return will be processed only after the product is received and passes our quality inspection.
• Refunds are generally not available. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments or if we are unable to fulfill your order). Where a customer-paid return is eligible, the refund (after deducting applicable charges) will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unedited unboxing video.
